Per the report, Wiwat Piyawiroj said achieving the certification is not only a guarantee of service that will build confidence for customers, but also encourages the customer service department, as well as all the team of THAI Smile to keep on improving their potential, as well as developing product and service with a high ambition of being one of the leading airlines in Asia in the future.
