FL Technics, a global provider of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, has announced the appointment of Zilvinas Lapinskas to the position of its new CEO. Zilvinas will replace Jonas Butautis who will act as the Deputy CEO for the rest of the transition period.
Zilvinas Lapinskas boasts an experience of over ten years spent leading international enterprises and teams of 4000+ employees. The 37-year-old executive has joined FL Technics after managing City Service, a NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange-listed company, engaged in facility management services in Eastern and Central Europe. On the 6th of December, 2013 Zilvinas Lapinskas was appointed the CEO of FL Technics as the person responsible for the company’s global operations and its further development in Europe, Asia, the CIS and other regions.
