Roanoke, TX (October 11, 2017) JSfirm.com, an aviation-only job website, eagerly anticipated learning the names of the 3 students enrolled at Embry-Riddle to be awarded the JSfirm.com Scholarship.
“After considerable thought and discussion, we decided that Embry-Riddle was where we wanted to donate,” said Abbey Hutter, marketing coordinator for JSfirm.com. “It was important for us to align with a school that supports the industry as a whole."
JSfirm.com established the scholarship because of the need in the industry for more aviation professionals, especially pilots and mechanics. Hutter said, “Our hope is that we can help to alleviate a portion of the financial strain that is inherent while attaining educational goals.”
These awards were developed to target three high-demand aviation-related programs: Aviation Maintenance Science, Aerospace Engineering and Aeronautical Science. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University,
