Mihail Risteski, PMP, serves as a Senior Project Specialist at Connico, where his nearly two-year tenure has already distinguished him as a leader in project planning, coordination, and scheduling within the aviation construction sector. With more than 15 years of construction industry experience, Risteski is known for his expertise in managing complex projects that require meticulous planning and close collaboration with contractors and stakeholders.
His focus on creating efficient, logical networks of activities has been crucial to the successful completion of major projects, such as those at Indianapolis International Airport and Charlotte Douglas International Airport, where he managed the schedules of multiple projects, including a new parallel runway, without disrupting ongoing airport operations.

Risteski’s career in construction began in New York and New Jersey, where he worked on large-scale projects, including facilities for the Air National Guard, hospital demolitions, and work with the New York City Housing Authority. His career trajectory continued upward at a major construction management company in South Carolina, where he contributed to noteworthy projects like the International African American Museum, recognized with a top design award in 2023. Since joining Connico, he has brought this breadth of experience to aviation, gaining a reputation for excellence and client dedication.
His commitment to the construction industry is evident through his active involvement in the Project Management Institute and earning the PMP certification.
