Todd Kerentoff is an example of what hard work and dedication can achieve. He is always striving to better himself in the aviation industry and has an insatiable desire to learn more. No task is too challenging for him; if he encounters something unfamiliar, he makes it his goal to study and master it.

Respected within the company, Kerentoff has progressed into leadership roles while mentoring others along the way. He exemplifies the best of what Kalitta Air has to offer, continuously taking advantage of every training opportunity available.

 “I have always been a very self-driven individual,” Kerentoff said. “When I started in 2011 I told myself I was going to move up and learn and go as far as I could. I think I’ve put myself on that path to make it hard to look over me for any promotional job ratings. I truly believe being a go getter has got me far ahead in this industry.”

Kerentoff holds an A&P license along with general familiarization for Boeing 727, 737, 747-400, 757, 767, 777, DC-9, and DC-10 aircraft. He also has RII and Receiving Inspection and ETOPS qualifications. As a top employee in the inspection department, he has earned the role of Senior Inspector, running his own hangar. Kerentoff has traveled worldwide for Kalitta Air, repairing and inspecting aircraft for both the company and its customers.

Kerentoff's commitment to learning all aspects of the industry is unparalleled. He prides himself on expanding his knowledge of aviation and the aircraft he works on. His dedication to making the workplace safer and more efficient while teaching his peers is evident. Despite his young age, his drive to grow within the company and the industry is unmatched, making Kalitta Air better for it. When faced with unfamiliar systems or components, he studies diligently to ensure he can complete his tasks proficiently.
