Heaven Leigh Ward has never shied away from new and intimidating opportunities at InterJet West. She consistently rises to the challenge of learning new skills for the greater good of the company. Starting out in corporate aviation and then moving to the engine shop, she has excelled at every step of her journey with InterJet.
Ward initially mastered InterJet West’s MX tracking software and now instructs both new hires and seasoned employees on its use. In 2023, she was promoted to avionics apprentice, studying under a 38-year veteran of the field at her company.
“I am driven by my desire to learn new things, take on more responsibilities, and grow as a mechanic so I can be as valuable as I can within my team,” Ward said.
The sky truly is the limit for Ward, as she continues to demonstrate exceptional dedication and skill. Her journey from corporate aviation to becoming a key player in maintenance planning and QA development showcases her adaptability and commitment to excellence.
