Mielke is responsible for the onboarding of Stein's Aircraft Services MX software and CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration and operation. Her proactive approach has also led to the implementation of additional safety procedures for the technicians on the floor, enhancing overall workplace safety.
Family motivates her to succeed.
“My husband, my son, my daughter. My mother and grandmother who have given me everything and more in this lifetime,” Mielke said. “This also includes my work family. I work with a team of individuals who inspire me to be better. My boss Mike Eddy has provided me with so many invaluable opportunities, making him proud drives me to succeed.”
