Aug. 20, 2024

Jonathan Rose is an entrepreneur and innovator in the aircraft revitalization industry.

With a pickup truck and trailer, Rose in 2010 started AFTERGLOW Aircraft Services. He traveled to multiple airports and offered mainly detailing, while continuously adding additional services like paint repair and piecemeal interior work. In 2012 he secured a small T-hangar in Springdale, Arkansas, and within a few months hired his first employees.

In 2017, the company name changed to AFTERGLOW Aircraft Solutions to reflect Rose's dedication to providing tailored solutions.

“Our mission is to create a memorable and impactful experience for our customers that extends far beyond the services we offer for their aircraft,” he said. “Our focus is not only on delivering exceptional service, but also, we are dedicated to fostering an environment where aviation enthusiasts can thrive, receive exceptional support, and access resources that go above and beyond the industry standard.”

The company today is a multi-million-dollar aircraft revitalization and refurbishment company specializing in upholstery, interior design, cabinetry, paint repair and detailing. AFTERGLOW offices are located in Arkansas and Oklahoma, and mobile services are still available.

"I have been blessed beyond measure through the relationships I have been able to build in my journey so far,” said Rose. “Starting with my wife, Sierra, [who is on staff] and my two daughters, Evelyn and Charlotte. God uses them daily to encourage and challenge me to give my best, in every situation. I also want to give a shoutout to our incredible team at AFTERGLOW. I always say I get to work with the best people on the planet, which makes coming to work every day a true joy. The fingerprints of countless family members, customers, employees, advisors and friends have helped form me and AFTERGLOW."
