Ron Aldrich Named VP-GM At Gulfstream Appleton
Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. recently appointed Ron Aldrich vice president and general manager at its service and completions centers at Appleton International Airport in Appleton, Wisconsin. He reports to Derek Zimmerman, president, Gulfstream Product Support, and Dennis Stuligross, senior vice president, Operations, Gulfstream.
Aldrich will oversee all aspects of Gulfstream Appleton, a maintenance, repair and overhaul facility for all Gulfstream aircraft and a completions center for Gulfstream largecabin aircraft. The operation has approximately 800 employees.
Prior to his appointment, Aldrich was general manager at Gulfstream’s service and completions center in Brunswick, Georgia, for nearly nine years. He joined Gulfstream in 1996 as an industrial engineer and has held various leadership positions in Savannah and Brunswick.
Aldrich earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Science in military operational art and science from the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff College in Montgomery, Alabama. Aldrich has served more than 31 years in the 165th Airlift Wing of the Georgia Air National Guard.
