She joined API in September 2007 as Director of Candidate Services and was promoted in October 2011 as Vice President, Client and Talent Relations. Her appointment as VP of Talent Acquisition establishes a new service offering for Mente, ensuring delivery of an even more diverse range of solutions – from consulting to asset advisory services for corporations and financial institutions; aircraft sales and marketing to talent management. For nearly 10 years, Mente’s objective has been to embrace each client engagement with a unique approach, focusing first and foremost on the customer’s needs and then developing an aviation solution to support those requirements.
Brian Proctor, founder, President and CEO of Mente Group comments, “Colleen’s wealth of experience with talent acquisition and management services will add an extremely important service for our valued clients. As the overall business aviation sector faces a challenging time sourcing business aviation pilots, Colleen’s extensive relationships with flight operations personnel will connect our clients with qualified leadership candidates and help to nurture future talent. In order to have a well functioning flight operation, we know human capital is as important as the physical capital in having a positive ownership experience. For this reason, we are delighted to bring on the best in the business to help recruit the very best talent for our clients. We are excited that Colleen has joined the Mente team to add that critical element to our portfolio of services.”
Mente Group’s Brian Proctor will be attending the forthcoming EBACE in Geneva, 29-31 May 2018.
