The event featured the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and an opening day flag jump ceremony from the U.S. Army Golden Knights, along with many other military and private flying acts.

West Star Aviation was the title sponsor of this year's Air Show in Grand Junction, Colorado (GJT).  The first air show dates back to 1912 and West Star has been a sponsor for over 20 years. The event featured the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and an opening day flag jump ceremony from the U.S. Army Golden Knights, along with many other military and private flying acts.

"We are honored to be part of such a long-standing tradition in the Grand Junction area and offer support to the local community with this spectacular event," said Dave Krogman, general manager (GJT), West Star Aviation. "We support such events in order to inspire young people about the exciting opportunities aviation can offer in their lives.  Air shows are one of the best ways to get the community on the ramp and close to airplanes, old and new.  The community has always worked in partnership with us on this event; we wish to thank them for all their hard work and support with the Air show and for the aviation industry," Krogman continued.

The show reached approximately 21,000 viewers on Saturday, July 27 and 14,000 on Sunday, July 28. There was a variety of booths and static displays for aviation enthusiasts to visit and explore. Join West Star in 2021 as the event continues to grow and capture the attention of audiences of all ages.
