Lone Star Flight Museum Extends Closure to April 12, Virtual Visits Open

March 24, 2020
As with all of you, we will constantly monitor the situation and continue to provide timely updates.

As part of the ongoing vigilance required to see our community through this COVID-19 pandemic, and in continued support of public health experts and city and state officials, we are extending the closure of the Lone Star Flight Museum to Sunday, Apr. 12. As with all of you, we will constantly monitor the situation and continue to provide timely updates.

And to continue to provide you with educational, entertaining and incredible aviation content, we have taken the museum online.  LSFM Virtual Visits has had great success in digitally sharing the wonder of aviation with our online followers.  From historic photos, how-to videos, tours and contests, we invite you to log on to our  Facebook or Instagram pages for a virtual Lone Star Fight Museum experience.

To our museum members, we encourage you  to renew or upgrade your membership. To our visitors, groups, educators, members and donors, we are grateful for your support and humbly ask that you make a donation of any kind to our museum.  Donations are a vital part of our livelihood, and like so many others, critical at this trying time.

We are proud to be part of this strong Houston community and look forward to welcoming you all back to the Lone Star Flight Museum very soon. Until then, stay safe and take care of yourselves, your loved ones and neighbors.
