EASA STC for Piper PA-34-200 Seneca I with 3-Blade MT-Propeller MTV-12

MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH has received the EASA STC 10076572 for the 3-blade MTV-12-B-C-F/CF(L)183-59( ) on the PA-34-200 (Seneca I) powered by Lycoming IO-360-C1E6, LIO-360-C1E6.
The FAA STC is in progress.
MT-Propeller Vice President Martin Albrecht says, that the installation feature the following advantages:
- Best vibration damping characteristics for almost vibration free propeller operations
- Bonded on stainless steel leading edge for best erosion protection of the blades
- Take-off distance slightly improved.
- Up to 20 lbs less weight than the original propeller
- Unlimited blade life
- Increased ground clearance for less blade tip erosion
- No rpm vibration restriction.
