Marana Aerospace Solutions to Take Aircraft MRO Facility in Arizona to New Heights

Formerly Evergreen Maintenance Center, Inc., the facility is being renamed Marana Aerospace Solutions.

MARANA, Ariz., March 6, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The 460-acre facility for commercial aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) located within the Pinal Air Park in Marana, Arizona today is being officially renamed Marana Aerospace Solutions at a special on-site event. Formerly Evergreen Maintenance Center, Inc., the facility was acquired by Relativity Capital in 2011. At the event, the company's newly appointed CEO, Hal Heule, and members of its Board of Directors are introducing the company's new name, logo and website to more than 300 employees, elected officials, dignitaries, and invited press.

According to Mr. Heule, "With the growth we have planned, along with added training, enhanced processes and updated tooling, we intend to build our extensive range of service offerings to meet the needs of our expanding global base of customers."
