Westchester Aircraft Maintenance Association (WAMA) is Pleased to Announce the Elevation of Mike Sullivan to Treasurer on its Board of Directors
Sullivan’s background includes bringing to market various products and services to aviation, especially safety oriented technologies. Among them, Trend Monitoring, HUMS, Satcom and the Maintenance, Repair/ Overhaul (MRO) of aircraft and aircraft systems. Sullivan spearheaded a project that garnered the Harry T. Jensen Award for 2005 from The American Helicopter Society (AHS) International for OuterLink Corp. The project involved two-way real-time satellite communication of in-flight aircraft systems data on a US Navy SH-60B Sea Hawk helicopter. He is a Private Pilot and a graduate of Boston College with a BA in Business Administration.
“I have been directly involved with aircraft operations at Westchester County Airport since 1999, and I look forward to utilizing my aviation, information technology and financial expertise to the benefit of the Association” say Sullivan.
