March 15, 2013 (Saint-Cloud, France): Dassault Falcon will again hold a series of Regional
Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Seminars in 2013. The seminars will take place in seven countries around the globe, from March to June. Eleven sessions are planned in all.
Regional seminars provide Falcon operators a special opportunity to communicate directly with Dassault’s specialists, engineering teams and pilots on a variety of topics. This year, more Dassault specialists than ever will be on hand to demonstrate the company’s latest service products and programs, including EASy II, Electronic Flight Bags and cabin entertainment systems.
“Over the past several years, we’ve expanded our communications programs to include
webinars and web based forums. But, the importance of face-to-face meetings with our
customers are still a critical part of our efforts,” said Jacques Chauvet, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service. “Dassault designed and structured these events with feedback from our customers and in conjunction with our Operators Advisory Board (OAB), so that we can deliver information that’s of the greatest value to the entire fleet.”
Falcon Regional M&O Seminars focus both on operational and technical issues and are
designed to help aircraft operators improve the efficiency, reliability and safety of their
operations. Topics range from the latest customer service and engineering support initiatives to enhancements in troubleshooting and product reliability. There are also dedicated pilot sessions.
The seminars include interaction with model and support specialists as well as representatives from Authorized Service Centers, vendors and partners. Certificates of attendance can be issued to participants to serve as credit for recurrent maintenance training.
