Boeing Shanghai Becomes First EASA Part21 Design Organization Approval Holder in China
SHANGHAI, March 2, 2015 – Boeing Shanghai Aviation Services Co., Ltd., (Boeing Shanghai) becomes the first EASA Part21 Design Organization Approval (DOA) holder in China by receiving the approval certificate from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). This makes Boeing Shanghai a one-stop MRO offering engineering design, maintenance and modification services.

The new certification enables Boeing Shanghai to provide airlines and leasing companies with a complete certification package including minor changes to aircraft cabin interiors, electrical systems and structures as well as minor repairs to aircraft structures.
