Ameco Boosts Business Jet Completion and Maintenance Services

Ameco has now one independent hangar with a capacity of Boeing 737/747, Airbus 319/320 and all kinds of business jets, and two advanced interior manufacture workshops for VIP and business jet completion.

New Ameco was established on June 1, 2015 after the integration of Air China’s in-house MRO arm Air China Technics. And its business jet’s completion and maintenance capabilities have stepped into a new stage with rapid development.

Ameco has now one independent hangar with a capacity of Boeing 737/747, Airbus 319/320 and all kinds of business jets, and two advanced interior manufacture workshops for VIP and business jet completion. By the means of hand-drawing design, 3D display and partial model, etc., the professional conceptual designers and color and material designers present the renderings to meet customers’ requirement. Moreover, the reliable Engineering R&D team offers flexible and multiplex technical solutions with exquisite handmade and strict maintenance standard, making Ameco’s business jet completion and maintenance capabilities reach the international level.

Ameco made a key breakthrough in VIP product’s manufacture in 2015. The MRO specialist built a precious veneer storage workshop for different customers’ preference to choose high-quality veneer anytime and imported the advanced veneer processing technology which achieved remarkable results on seamless splicing, grain splicing, cold-resistant, anti-drying and abrasive resistant. Combined with international leather sewing technology, Ameco developed interior upholstery process to build a perfect process flow.

Now, Ameco speeds up the capabilities of cabin entertainment system updating, cabin refurbishment and airframe overhaul besides letter check, which has become the main business of business jet maintenance.

Ameco can provide the professional, excellent and full and tailored services for customers. During the Singapore Airshow in this February, Ameco and Business Aviation Asia Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement covering full maintenance as a one-stop service. Besides, many customers pick Ameco for business jet heavy maintenance in 2016.
