Constant Aviation announced it has been awarded a NATA Aviation Maintenance Technician Employer Recognition Award for 2019, for the third consecutive year.

Constant Aviation, a full-service nationwide MRO specializing in airframe and engine maintenance, major repairs, avionics, interiors and paint services, announced it has been awarded a NATA Aviation Maintenance Technician Employer Recognition Award for 2019, for the third consecutive year. Winners were announced during the Awards Presentation Luncheon held in conjunction with the NATA Annual Meeting and Aviation Business Conference.

Recognized as the highest achievable award in the NATA program, the 5-Star Award requires 100 percent of a company’s eligible AMT employees complete a minimum of 12 hours of qualified safety and/or maintenance related training each calendar year. This award highlights companies that encourage and support aviation maintenance technician training and is based on the percentage of AMTs that participate in specific training events.

“As our organization continues to grow, it never ceases to amaze me when we pull together the efforts of over 400 AMTs in our network to obtain this prestigious award for the 3rd year in a row,” stated Kent Stauffer, Constant Aviation Vice President Quality, Safety and Training. He also commented, “The training initiative in the aviation industry is ever-evolving, and we believe that devoting time for our AMTs to participate in various technical training events, both internally and externally, enhances each individual professionally, makes us a best-in-class provider, and builds a happier, healthier and safer workplace
