ExecuJet MRO Services is celebrating a threefold win at the annual Bombardier Authorised Service Facility (ASF) Excellence Awards presented at the NBAA convention in Las Vegas. The company’s Middle East facility was named ‘Overall’ and ‘International’ winner, and ExecuJet’s Malaysia MRO was named ‘Line Maintenance Facility’ winner.
This accolade marks ExecuJet’s ninth consecutive win since 2011 with this being the seventh ‘International’ and the fourth ‘Overall ASF Excellence Award’ win for ExecuJet in the Middle East and the company’s Australian facility won the ‘International’ award twice in previous years. In 2014, ExecuJet’s Melbourne MRO at Essendon Airport won ‘Line Maintenance Facility’ and this year the Malaysia facility walks away with the same award.
Nick Weber, VP MRO Services Middle East, says: “We are delighted our Dubai MRO has won the ‘International’ category award for so many years running and been named ‘Overall’ winner for the fourth time. We always strive to exceed our customers’ expectations and this honour truly recognises our hard work.”
Ivan Lim, VP MRO Services Asia, adds: “We are so pleased our facility in Kuala Lumpur has been recognised. The award is testament to the customer service and commitment we give to our customers, and in turn to Bombardier, therefore special thank you to them as well.”
“These awards recognize our facilities’ commitment to serving operators of Bombardier Business Aircraft with superior quality and performance, with the goal being to maximize the efficiency of our customers’ operations,” said Graeme Duckworth, president ExecuJet MRO Services.
