West Star Aviation’s PCD Location Awarded FAA Diamond Award of Excellence Two Years Running

West Star Aviation announces it has been awarded the FAA Diamond Award of Excellence for completing specialized training pertaining to aviation maintenance, safety and FAA rules at their Perryville, MO (PCD) facility. This is the second year in a row that this location has been awarded this prestigious honor.

This is the highest aviation honor in the aircraft maintenance industry, and West Star is proud to be recognized for their continued commitment to aviation excellence. The rigorous 12-month program requires 100% participation from all eligible technicians, who provide dedicated maintenance to our customers along with a specific structured safety training program.

West Star is proud to have been voted the #1 Preferred MRO for six consecutive years from 2014-2019 in Professional Pilot Magazine's annual PRASE Survey. The survey first included the 'Most Preferred MRO' category in 2014 and West Star has won the #1 slot each year since its inception.
