AMETEK MRO, a global provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, has named David Bair its director of finance for B&S Aircraft, Drake Air, and Southern Aeroparts.
Bair will be responsible for planning the financial goals, objectives, and strategies of the three Midwest business units as well as working closely with site leaders to execute their business plans with discipline.
“We are pleased to have David join the AMETEK MRO team in this key leadership role,” said David Bentley, divisional vice president and business unit manager. “His experience will help drive our continued growth and increase profitability as we expand both domestically and internationally.”
Bair joins AMETEK MRO after having spent five years consulting for Fortune 100 industry leaders in the communication, retail, and food and beverage industries. Prior to consulting, Bair held roles of increasing responsibility across the aerospace and transportation industries.
Bair attended Oral Roberts University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
