Viking Air Selects AMETEK Antavia as Its First Factory Endorsed Component Center for Aerial Firefighting Aircraft

Under Viking’s FECC Program, Antavia is responsible for providing authorized maintenance services on landing gear for Viking’s Canadair CL-215, CL-215T and CL-415 aircraft.

CAMPSAS, FRANCE –Antavia, a unit of AMETEK Aerospace & Defense, has been selected by Viking Air Limited of Victoria, British Columbia, as the first Factory Endorsed Component Centre (FECC) for Viking’s global fleet of aerial firefighting aircraft. Under Viking’s FECC Program, Antavia is responsible for providing authorized maintenance services on landing gear for Viking’s Canadair CL-215, CL-215T and CL-415 aircraft.

Antavia is a leader in aircraft repair and overhaul services with nearly 20 years of experience in maintenance support for Canadair CL-215, CL-215T and CL-415 aircraft. While Antavia’s component maintenance capabilities are an asset to aerial firefighting aircraft operators worldwide, its central location in France makes its especially well situated to service European-based aircraft fleets.
