Elliott Aviation Completes 7,800 Cycle Inspection on Challenger 604

During the 7,800 cycle inspection, the aircraft completed 600, 800 and 2,400 hour airframe inspections, as well as 600, 800 and 2,400 hour engine inspections. In addition, Elliott Aviation completed an ADS-B installation on the aircraft.

February 11, 2019, Moline, IL – Elliott Aviation, a leading MRO provider announced a recent delivery of a 7,800 cycle Challenger 604 inspection. This inspection is one of the most in-depth inspections available for the airframe and is the equivalent of a D check on a commercial airliner. It consisted of over 3,500-man hours to complete. The aircraft was completed on-time and squawk-free.

During the 7,800 cycle inspection, the aircraft completed 600, 800 and 2,400 hour airframe inspections, as well as 600, 800 and 2,400 hour engine inspections. In addition, Elliott Aviation completed an ADS-B installation on the aircraft.

We have factory-trained Challenger mechanics, and our Challenger crew chief has over 20 years of experience with the airframe.”
