Evelop Airlines to Become New Customer for A350 Component Support

The ten-year contract covers two A350-900 that will enter Evelop's fleet in March 2019 and 2020 respectively.

Lufthansa Technik has been contracted by the Spanish Airline Evelop to provide Total Component Support (TCS®) for the airline's future Airbus A350 aircraft. The ten-year contract covers two A350-900 that will enter Evelop's fleet in March 2019 and 2020 respectively.

Total Component Support (TCS®) customers benefit from a pooling concept: Lufthansa Technik stocks more than 100,000 components and guarantees 100 percent reliable delivery at a pre-determined service level. As a member of the Lufthansa Technik components pool, also smaller airlines' operating costs go down to a level normally available only to operators of much larger fleets.

Evelop:

Founded in 2013 as part of the Barceló Group, the Evelop fleet comprises a total of two Airbus A330-300, with capacity for 388 passengers, an Airbus A330-200 with 287 seats and an Airbus A320 for 180 passengers. Two Airbus A350-900 will be added to the fleet as of March 2019. Headquartered in Madrid, Spain, Evelop serves destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico and Mauritius.
