TULSA, OK – AMETEK MRO is proud to appoint Kari McCloud as North America’s Business Unit Controller for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Division. Ms. McCloud will be responsible for planning the financial goals, objectives and strategies of the business unit as well as working closely with site leaders to execute their business plans with discipline.

Ms. McCloud joins AMETEK from Triumph Aerostructures, where she was Controller of their Complex Machining company. Prior to Triumph, Ms. McCloud spent two-and-a-half years working for Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC), where she was the Group Controller of the Midwest Business Unit. Ms. McCloud’s career began in public accounting, working for Cessna and Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. thereafter.
Ms. McCloud attended Russell Sage College in Troy, NY, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She’s a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from Wichita State University. Additionally, Ms. McCloud holds a Six Sigma Green Belt in Lean Manufacturing and Finance.
