Motion Industries, Inc., a leading distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation (MRO) replacement parts and industrial technology solutions, has announced the acquisition of International Conveyor and Rubber (ICR). ICR, based in Blairsville, Pennsylvania, specializes in the sales, installation, repair, and maintenance of conveyor belts and related system products. They also offer engineering and design services for custom solutions.

This strategic acquisition aims to enhance Motion Industries' service capabilities and expand its footprint in the conveyor belting market. By integrating ICR's expertise, Motion plans to provide more comprehensive solutions to its customers, reinforcing its commitment to delivering superior service and value.

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. However, this move aligns with Motion Industries' ongoing strategy to grow through targeted acquisitions that complement its existing operations and broaden its service offerings.
