Breeze Airways Launches 4 New Routes Out of Bradley International Airport, Including One to Los Angeles

May 17, 2023

May 17—Breeze Airways is launching four new flights out of Bradley International Airport to celebrate its second year in Hartford.

The new routes include three direct flights — Fort Meyers, Tampa and New Orleans— and another one stop, no plane change flight to Los Angeles.

The Fort Meyers flight will begin on May 17 and operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The Los Angeles flight will also begin on May 17, and the "BreezeThru" one stop, no plane change service will operate daily.

On May 18, service to Tampa will begin, and it will run Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays each week.

According to a press release, the New Orleans flight will run beginning May 19, but service will end on September 5; it will operate on Mondays and Fridays weekly.

As a promotional offer, Breeze fares for the four new inaugural flights start at $79. For this promotion, flights must be purchased by May 26 and travel dates must be between May 31 and November 14. The deal also excludes travel from June 28 to July 10, and September 1 to September 4. Tickets can be purchased on Breeze's website.

The four new flights come after Breeze began running three new nonstop routes back in March, with nonstop service to Vero Beach, Raleigh and Provo.

These additional flights are a product of the airline's ambitious expansion plans in the region after Breeze named Bradley as its northeast hub back in 2022. The airline now totals 18 flights out of Bradley International Airport.

Avelo Airlines, the budget airline that runs out of Tweed New Haven Airport, current services 17 destinations.
