Sunwing is pleased to announce it will be offering a new weekly flight service from Saskatoon to Mazatlán, Mexico this winter that will depart Thursdays between Dec. 21, and March 29, inclusive. The addition of the new service confirms Sunwing as the top Canadian provider of flights to Mazatlán, with flights from seven airports across the country to this popular Pacific Mexico destination. Nicknamed the ‘Pearl of the Pacific’, Mazatlán is located on Mexico’s Gold Coast along the Pacific, and offers excellent sport fishing, water sports and cultural excursions.
President of Tour Operations, Andrew Dawson, welcomed the news. “We look forward to continuing our successful partnership with Saskatoon airport this winter. Mazatlán has long been a favourite vacation destination for Canadians, so we’re excited to continue helping our customers save time and money with this convenient flight service.”
With this new service, travellers can enjoy more options to escape the cold this winter with 12 vacation hotspots to choose from across Mexico and the Caribbean: from Cayo Coco and Cayo Santa Maria in Cuba, to Punta Cana and Puerto Plata in the Dominican, to Jamaica, Los Cabos in Mexico, and more.
Stephen Maybury, Skyxe Saskatoon Airport president and CEO added, “We’re proud to be partnering with Sunwing to bring Saskatchewan sun seekers more destination choice as demand for sunspot vacations continues to demonstrate sustained growth.”
