Interjet Airlines announced Jan. 30, daily, nonstop service between Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and Guadalajara International Airport (GDL). The new service will offer daily nonstop flights between Chicago and Guadalajara serving both the business and leisure traveler.
“Chicago is a growing and very important market for travel to Guadalajara,” said José Luis Garza, Interjet’s chief executive officer. “We’re delighted to be able to offer business and leisure travelers everywhere we fly, our unique brand of lower prices with free checked bags on select fares, more legroom between seats and great service that has been embraced everywhere we fly.” he added.
Interjet’s new service between Chicago and Guadalajara will start Feb. 16, and operate using Airbus A320 aircraft seating 150 passengers. Round trip promotional fares from Chicago to Guadalajara will start at $228.56 taxes included. This special fare with be available until April 17, and valid for trips through April 30. Promotional fares are not available to groups nor can they be used with other promotional fares.
