Updated Information On Changes to Aeroflot’s Flight Schedule From Moscow

Aeroflot has adjusted its schedule of flights from Moscow.

Aeroflot will continue to operate flights from Moscow to the following destinations in Europe: Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Dublin, Geneva, London, Madrid, Paris and Rome.

From 29 March, Aeroflot will continue to operate flights to the US only between Moscow and New York.

Aeroflot is working hard to help Russian citizens return home. We ask passengers holding tickets for cancelled flights to regularly check the email address associated with their booking, or to check the booking on the Aeroflot website, or contact the airline directly to make changes. Passengers (Russian citizens) holding tickets for later dates on routes where service is being suspended are requested to contact the airline as soon as possible to rebook their flight on the earliest operated regular or charter flight.

Aeroflot has temporarily suspended flights between Moscow and the following cities:

Aeroflot will continue operating the following flights to allow Russian citizens to return to Russia:

  • Antalya – SU 2142/2143 (24, 26, 27 March), SU 2144/2145 (25 March)
  • Baku – SU 1855 (22-28 March)
  • Lisbon (charter flights) – SU 2607 (24, 26 March)
  • Los Angeles – SU 0106/0107 (24-28 March)
  • Miami – SU 0110/0111 (24, 26, 28 March), SU 0112/0113 (27 March)

Aeroflot is reducing flight frequencies on the following routes from/to Moscow:

  • Minsk (through 30 April inclusive) – SU 1830/1831 (regular schedule); SU 1832/1833 (regular schedule)
  • Paris (through 16 April inclusive) – SU 2452/260 (**SU2042/2043) and SU2460/2461 (**SU261/2453) (regular schedule; **flight number varies depending on day of the week)
  • Yerevan (through 30 April inclusive) – SU 1964/1965 (regular schedule; **flight number changes to SU1864/1865 from 29 March); SU 1860/1861 (regular schedule)
  • Amsterdam (through 18 April inclusive) – SU 2550/2551 (daily from 20 March)
  • Bangkok (through 30 April inclusive) – SU 270/271 (23-26 March); SU 272/273, SU 270/271 (27 March to 30 April), SU 272/273 (daily from 1 April)
  • Berlin (through 15 April inclusive) – SU 2312/2313, SU 2316/2317 (daily from 20 March)
  • Brussels (through 18 April inclusive) – SU 2168/2169 (daily from 20 March)
  • Male (through 30 April inclusive) – SU 320/321 (three times weekly from 29 March on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday); SU 320/321 (23-29 March daily)
  • New York (through 30 April inclusive) – SU 100/101, SU 102/103 (23-26 March daily); SU 102/103 (daily from 27 March)

Scheduled Rossiya Airlines flights operated under Aeroflot’s SU code from St Petersburg to EU destinations including Larnaca, Prague, Vienna and Geneva, were halted from 16 March. Flights to London were halted from 20 March. Passengers can make alternative arrangements through Moscow.

Passengers holding tickets for cancelled Aeroflot flights, as well as passengers otherwise affected by restrictions imposed by their countries of departure, destination or transfer (e.g., bans on entry, exit or transit; threat of enforced quarantine; cancellation of visa-free entry; annulment of previously issued visas; etc.) and holding tickets for Aeroflot flights booked up to 31 May 2020, may:

  • apply for an involuntary refund and receive a refund of the full ticket price at the original point of sale until 31 December 2020 (inclusive), regardless of the validity period of the ticket;
  • make a one-time change to the departure date to any date until 31 December 2020 (inclusive), while retaining the original point of departure, destination and service class, without incurring additional fees;
  • make a one-time change the route to any Aeroflot flight and/or departure date until 31 December 2020 (inclusive). No additional fee will be levied for rebooking, though other terms and conditions apply (e.g. additional payment for a more expensive fare).
