Svet Neov has built a career defined by innovation, collaboration, and passion for aviation. Over 15 years, he has advanced from an engineering intern to his current role as Director of Project Management at AERO BridgeWorks, where he oversees nationwide project teams for the nation’s largest airside contractor. With AERO currently working at more than 50 airports across the United States, Neov’s leadership allows him to positively impact more airports each week than many professionals do in a lifetime.
His portfolio spans more than $10 billion in aviation infrastructure, including high-profile programs at JFK, LaGuardia, Atlanta, San Diego, and Seattle. From billion-dollar terminals to specialized airside scopes, he has worked as an owner’s representative, general contractor, and specialty contractor, bringing rare perspective to each role. At AERO, he has led more than $200 million of specialty aviation systems work while also transforming the company’s project management processes—introducing enterprise tools and data-driven practices that have improved consistency and execution nationwide.
For Neov, the heart of the work lies in teamwork. “Construction and engineering, to me, has always been more about the people than the technical challenges,” he said. “The ability to work collaboratively as a team to find a solution is always extremely rewarding.” That mindset extends to his mentorship, where he volunteers with university programs, mentors startups, and develops training for emerging project managers.
Known for blending strategy with execution, Neov represents the next generation of aviation construction leadership: grounded, passionate, and people-centered.
