1) TRU Proud to Partner Again with China Express Airlines
TRU selected by China Express Airlines for an A320 FFS which comes just months after TRU confirmed order for the 2nd CRJ900 FFS
o Both devices to be placed in China Express Airlines’ new training center in Chongqing, which will house up to 10 FFS
o Both devices will be Level D qualified by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).
• The A320 is the third device to be sold to the airline, who already has a CRJ900 device in full operation at its facility o Governor General of Canada recently visited the airline’s training center and flew the CRJ900 during a delegate visit earlier this year
• The devices seamlessly integrate Airbus aircraft and CRJ avionics data packages powered by means of TRU’s cutting-edge technology solutions that allow customers in all market segments to benefit from ongoing costeffectiveness and reliability in all areas of operations—offering over 99.9% of FFS reliability.
2) TRU’s Growing Presence in Asia
• TRU is continuously enhancing presence in Asia as well as the Middle East through the following in 2017:
o TRU qualifies second 737 MAX FFS, located in Singapore (Released: May 2017),
o TRU receives CAAC approval of part 142 training center (Released: September 2017),
o Qualification of A320 FFS for Qingdao Airlines and 737 MAX FFS for Boeing’s Shanghai Campus (Released: September 2017),
o TRU signs agreements with Airbus for two A320 FFSs for Hua-Ou Aviation Training Company in Beijing and Airbus Asia Training Center in Singapore (Released: October 2017)
o TRU to bring new training technology to Emirates Training Academy (Released: November 2017). o TRU awarded contract to provide ATR 72-600 FFS to Japan Air Commuter
