Fresno Airport and ProDIGIQ Push Critical COVID-19 Information to Passengers
Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT), in collaboration with leading aviation technology company, ProDIGIQ, enhanced its website to address its passengers’ needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. With FAT’s and ProDIGIQ’s swift action, passengers now have access to a wealth of pertinent information.
ProDIGIQ customized FAT’s website by creating a comprehensive “Resources” page to highlight essential COVID-19 information. FAT’s Marketing Manager Claudia Arguelles-Miller expressed, “Our goal was to provide a travel-friendly section on the website to provide information that was easy to find and to also serve as a good resource that was attractive, engaging and easy to navigate.” ProDIGIQ helped FAT achieve this goal by facilitating the process of implementation and making it user-friendly on various devices.
The new “Resources” page on FAT’s website now serves as a central location where passengers can learn more about FAT’s and airlines’ combined efforts to ensure the safety of its passengers. Passengers can read about specific COVID-19 safety measures implemented at the airport, including increased cleaning, social distancing, installation of plexiglass protectors, etc. FAT takes pride in this great resource and is confident that it will enable passengers to travel with assurance.
