Keyur Shah, PMP, has joined HDR as digital advisory services practice lead. He will advise clients on how to leverage digital advancements to improve their performance and outcomes. This includes guiding them through digital advancement/digital transformation efforts to reduce related risks and incorporate lessons learned from other public sector organizations.
“I’m looking forward to helping clients better support their residents and infrastructure users,” said Shah. “Many clients are asking, ‘What should we do to leverage the latest technologies and improvements?’ HDR can provide the strategic support they need, providing data governance/analytics strategies, preparing data and application enterprise architectures, helping them procure new software applications and overseeing implementations.”
A trusted advisor to asset-intensive public sector agencies, Shah is a recognized technology thought leader and asset management expert. His experience with over 60 public agencies around North America over the last 18 years provides him with deep expertise to help transportation organizations build consensus, enhance cross-functional collaboration and to foster positive change at all levels of organization.
Prior to joining HDR, Shah served as the technology advisory and digital asset management lead for a global architecture/engineering/construction consultancy and led the transportation advisory practice for a global technology research and advisory firm. Over the course of his career, Shah has focused on how helping clients improve their business by considering process improvements, technology improvements and empowering them to leverage improvements in both those areas (processes and technologies). His experience additionally includes long-term and strategic planning, project delivery processes, construction management and asset management.
“Keyur will work closely with HDR’s advisory services and digital delivery service areas to offer clients the right combination of seasoned advisors and industry technical practitioners, which will ensure that clients receive relevant, practical and implementable advice and support for their critical priorities,” said Transportation Program Delivery Services Director Jason McGlashan.
