Indianapolis Airport Authority Issues Statement on Routes Americas 2020

The Indianapolis Airport Authority issued the following statement today about the selection of Indianapolis for the Routes Americas 2020 conference:

"This is big. Routes Americas is the world stage of air travel relationships and influence -- and Indianapolis is going to be at the epicenter of that convergence. This conference can help us expedite conversations and relationships that take years to develop related to airlines and new routes, and that can lead to billions in economic development. And with Indy's $1.7 billion airline revenue market, we'll have the opportunity to show airlines how they can be profitable here -- and that can set off a chain reaction of opportunity like nothing we've seen to date," said Mario Rodriguez, executive director, IAA.
