Aviation Infrastructure Solutions JV Team Awarded Contract with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
The Aviation Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) Joint Venture was recently awarded a multi-year contract for Architectural and Engineering Design Services at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).
The AIS JV consists of managing partner Pond & Company (Pond), Michael Baker International, Inc. and Corporate Environmental Risk Management, LLC (CERM). Overall, AIS JV team members have successfully executed 34 task orders, valued in excess of $500 million in construction, for the City of Atlanta Department of Aviation.
As a “global gateway” offering nonstop service to more than 150 domestic and nearly 70 international destinations, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is the busiest and most efficient airport in the world. The AIS JV team is comprised of key individuals with the knowledge, experience and commitment to deliver consistent results for ATL to ensure operations run smoothly and that the more than 100 million passengers that pass through Hartsfield-Jackson annually receive timely, uninterrupted service.

Anticipated on-call engineering services under this contract could include pavement replacements, deicing and ramp components, airport signage, airside/landside pavement repairs, parking and storm water management, road and bridge landside development and miscellaneous facilities projects.
