Jennie Santoro, AIA, NCARB, has been named HNTB Corporation’s Seattle architecture studio leader. Based in the firm’s Bellevue office, Santoro oversees HNTB’s growing staff of architects and structural engineers and additionally becomes the new client service leader for the Port of Seattle and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
“Jennie will lead HNTB’s strategic efforts to grow architecture across our market sectors in the Northwest,” said Kevin Collins, PE, Seattle office leader and vice president. “She will energize our continued collaboration with the firm’s engineers and planners to deliver the full spectrum of services needed to support our clients. Her strong leadership will help continue to expand our architecture practice in aviation, transit and sports projects.”
Santoro, an NCARB certified registered architect, has worked for HNTB in Los Angeles, San Diego and Washington, D.C. She brings over a decade of experience with some of the nation’s largest and most complex aviation projects, including Orlando International Airport, South Terminal Complex, Phase 1; United Airlines Terminal 7 and 8 Redevelopment at Los Angeles International Airport; and San Diego International Airport, Terminal 2 Expansion and Renovation. She also worked on HNTB projects at international airports in Seattle, San Francisco, Denver, Oakland, Hawaii and Bermuda.
