An announcement about a new airline flying out of Worcester Regional Airport is expected for Monday.
According to a news release from Massport, the announcement about the new commercial service will be made at the airport at 8 a.m.
Worcester County Sheriff Lewis G. Evangelidis, chairman of the Massport Board, Massport CEO Thomas P. Glynn and Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito are scheduled to attend the event.
