Feb. 4--A total of 87 incoming or outgoing flights at Denver International Airport were canceled or delayed early Tuesday morning as a snowstorm rolls over the Denver metro area.
Five airlines reported 17 flight cancellations as of 7 a.m., according to FlightAware. SkyWest Airlines has canceled 11 of its flights so far.

Another 70 incoming and outgoing flights have been delayed Tuesday morning, FlightAware said.
Air travelers should check flight schedules before driving to DIA, said Alex Renteria, DIA spokeswoman. She added that people driving to the airport should give themselves extra time because of weather conditions.
The number of cancellations and delays could increase through the day.
More than 500 flights were delayed or canceled during the storm on Monday.
