Allegiant Announces New Flights to Florida From Lehigh Valley International Airport

July 11, 2023

Allegiant Airlines is adding a new, nonstop route to Florida from Lehigh Valley International Airport later this year.

Allegiant said in a news release Tuesday that it will be adding a new route to Florida from the airport in November.

The route to Melbourne Orlando International Airport launches Nov. 17.

“We continue to see historically high demand from leisure travelers, so we are thrilled to add these routes to our network and build on the success we’ve had in these markets,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant’s senior vice president and chief revenue officer in the release. “As travelers look for warm winter getaways and a chance to connect with family and friends, we know they will appreciate the low-cost, nonstop options offered by Allegiant.”

Allegiant is offering introductory $50 one-way fares on the new route through Feb. 12 if they are booked by Wednesday. Additional information may be found on Allegiant.com.

The news comes after the airline added flights from the Lehigh Valley to Denver last month. Other Allegiant destinations from the airport include Orlando Sanford, Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood, St. Pete-Clearwater and Myrtle Beach.
