CNN Airport Network is now available on the Tunity app, allowing travelers to receive audio of the live CNN Airport Network feed directly to their mobile devices in 48 major airports nationwide. Travelers can download the free app on their iOS and Android devices and sync to any screen displaying the network to receive the audio straight to their mobile device in real-time. Additionally, CNN Airport Network will promote its availability on Tunity via on-screen ads on TV monitors in participating airport gateways.
“We’re constantly looking to enhance and improve the entertainment experience for travelers, and providing our network’s audio availability through the Tunity app creates a seamless viewing experience on mobile devices for busy, on-the-go passengers,” said Debbie Cooper, president of CNN Airport Network.
“Turner’s bold decision to adopt Tunity and promote it first to its CNN Airport Network viewers opens up a whole new era in out of home viewing,” said Yaniv Davidson, founder of Tunity. “Viewers will now be able to receive crystal clear audio via their cell phones at the same time they see the video on a live TV set.”
