On Dec. 5, Vacation Express and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport hosted a press conference to celebrate the new non-stop flights to Punta Cana, Jamaica and Grand Bahama Island. Six-night flights to Punta Cana will leave every Monday from May 15, to July 31, and flights to Jamaica will depart every Saturday starting May 27, through July 1. Non-stops for 4-night packages to Grand Bahama Island will begin July 3, and operate on various days through Aug. 2. These new programs mark the first time non-stop flights to Jamaica and the Bahamas have flown from Cleveland in over a decade.

Vacation Express' non-stop flights to Punta Cana and Jamaica will be operated by Swift Air, LLC. and non-stops to Grand Bahama Island will be operated by Sunwing Airlines all on Boeing 737 aircrafts.
