Millan to Lead Aviation Practice at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff

Tina Millan has been named senior vice president and director of the U.S. aviation practice of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff

In her new position, Millan, who will be based in Miami, will be responsible for managing aviation projects and staff; coordinating with regional, area and project managers for aviation business development and project delivery; managing specialized resources within the aviation practice; and providing technical support for aviation projects in the U.S. and abroad.

Millan has more than 15 years of experience managing large-scale capital infrastructure programs in the U.S. and globally. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, she served as vice president of aviation for the North American infrastructure division of a global professional services firm, where she was responsible for managing a team of aviation experts on projects for Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Houston Airport Systems, and San Francisco International Airport.

Millan earned a master’s degree in public administration and urban planning from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Tufts University. Among her professional certifications, she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and a Project Management Professional. Ms. Millan is also active in the American Association of Airport Executives, Airports Consultants Council, and Construction Management Association of America.
