Delta Air Lines Adds Fourth Flight From Madison To Atlanta
Dane County Regional Airport is pleased to announce that Delta Air Lines will add a fourth non-stop flight to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Beginning May 22, the new non-stop flight will depart at 3:45 p.m, serviced on a 110-seat 717 aircraft featuring two-class service, a spacious interior, large overhead bins, and Wi-Fi.
"Expanded service to Atlanta opens the world to our customers in Madison with additional choice to the largest hub and spoke operation in the world with over 100 connecting opportunities to Europe, Latin America and the Southeast region," said Joe Esposito, vice president - network planning, Americas.
The additional non-stop service between Madison and Atlanta complements an already robust Delta schedule which provides twenty daily non-stop departures, with more than 1,800 seats to Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York-LaGuardia, Salt Lake City, and Washington D.C.
“DCRA is a key contributor to our local economy, and when our airport expands you know great things are happening in our region,” said Parisi. “The growth of local companies, combined with the Dane County Regional Airport’s growing list of 12 direct flights to locations across the country has helped increase ridership and demands for additional flights.”
Travelers from Madison arriving in Atlanta will have access to more than 990 daily flights to 214 domestic and international destinations.
“This additional non-stop flight to Atlanta provides options for both business and leisure travelers to the southern United States and other worldwide destinations,“ said Dane County Regional Airport Director Bradley Livingston, AAE.
With 12 non-stop destinations, Dane County Regional Airport provides seamless, low-stress, and affordable options for both leisure and business travelers. We offer more than 90 daily arrivals and departures with one stop to anywhere in the world!
