David Cerione has been named aviation technical director in the Orlando office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff.
In his new position, Cerione will manage business development as well as design and construction activities for airport infrastructure programs. He will help build WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff’s aviation practice, focusing on program management and construction management services.
Cerione has extensive experience managing aviation programs in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a program director with an international engineering organization, responsible for the delivery of a $1 billion capacity enhancement program at Abu Dhabi International Airport. He previously provided leadership on the $3.5 billion expansion of Miami International Airport’s North Terminal.
Cerione earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Florida.
