CLE to Host Premier Air Service Conference in 2018
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is working with Airline Council International – North America (ACI-NA) to host JumpStart next year.
“We are thrilled to work with ACI to bring this prestigious event to Cleveland,” said Airport Director Robert Kennedy. “It’s an honor to host the top airline network planners, airport professionals and guests in our wonderful city and show them the hospitality Cleveland has to offer.”
This conference, described as a “speed dating” program designed to bring airports and airlines together for brief strategic meetings, attracted more than 450 attendees from 30 airlines and 200 airports for 1,300 one-on-one meetings in 2017.
“Airports work around the clock to bring in more carriers and routes to serve their communities,” said ACI-NA President and CEO Kevin M. Burke. “JumpStart provides airports with a high concentration of airline industry network planners to make the pitch directly.”
With so much to offer here in Cleveland, this is yet another opportunity to showcase our beautiful city to decision-makers from around the airline industry. The date of the conference is June 4-6, 2018. The last time Cleveland hosted this conference as in 2011.
