OTG's Global Bazaar Nears Completion at Newark Liberty International

OTG’s transformation of United Airlines’ Newark Liberty hub is now almost complete with the opening of 6 new Global Bazaar concepts with split personalities: breakfast concepts in the morning which transform into an entirely different concept for the rest of the day.

This week sees the debut of the Asian street food concept Wabi-Sabi, Notorious P.I.G. BBQ, and Uptop Pizzeria, where travelers can build their own pizza, picking from a diverse menu of fresh ingredients, then assembled and fired up by Uptop.

Each lunch and dinner concept begin the day as their breakfast counterparts Crepe Juliet, Flip Flop Pancake Shop and Breakfast Boli, respectively.

These new operations join OTG’s previously announced dual-concept brands which opened in April, including Custom Burger and Philly Cheesesteaks, which are Eggy Weggy and Supreme Bowl in the mornings.

OTG worked with design company Rockwell Group to create the concepts and the dynamic change-over concept. After the breakfast rush, each concept completely transforms signage and décor, taking on a completely different look and aesthetic.
