Earl Campbell, Delaware North Team Up for Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts

Earl Campbell, Delaware North team up for Hurricane Harvey relief efforts On Friday, Sept. 1, 15 percent of sales from Earl Campbell’s Sports Bar and 5% of sales from all other Delaware North (DNC) restaurants and stores at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport stores will go to Hurricane Harvey flood relief efforts. Earl Campbell, legendary running back for the Houston Oilers and U.T. Longhorns, will sign items and hat, jerseys and other sports merchandise are available for purchase.

Media Coverage: Delaware North invites media to “Earl Campbell’s Sports Bar” located near Gate 15, to cover fundraising efforts and Earl Campbell’s autograph session. As this is located past security checkpoints, media representatives should contact Aviation PIO prior to arriving at the airport and then report to the Security Badging & ID office to receive visitor badges for access onto the concourse. The Badging Office is located at the far west end of baggage claim. Arrive early as the process for receiving a visitor badge and security screening may take an additional 15-30 minutes.

Pro-football Hall of Famer Earl Campbell will be at his Earl Campbell’s Sports Bar from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. It is located at Gate 15.

“After seeing the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey, Earl and I got together over the weekend and decided to raise money for the flood victims at Earl Campbell's Sports Bar at ABIA,” said Terry Mahlum, Regional Vice President for Delaware North.
