EIA Receives International Award for Excellence

Edmonton International Airport (EIA) tied for third place in North America for the Airports Council International (ACI) 2016 Airport Service Quality Awards in the category ‘Best Airport by Region’ (North American Category.
EIA tied with: Austin, Dallas, Halifax, San Antonio and Winnipeg for third). This is the first award we have received in this category. ASQ is the only worldwide programme to survey passengers at the airport on their day of travel. This award is a testament to the hard work and team effort of EIA’s entire company to improve our passenger experience.
